Payment and Shipping
All purchases are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment can be made with Paypal and most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards.
Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order. You can also log into your customer account to check your order status. Orders are normally processed within 3-7 business days after payment.
Your orders will be shipped once credit card authorizations have been obtained and shipping addresses have been confirmed.
As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Properly completed orders will be processed in 3-7 business days after full payment. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method used and your destination country. Items will take between 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on the nature of the items ordered and your delivery address.
When your items are dispatched, you will receive a notification email regarding your order. There will be a tracking number (if available) and it will be displayed on your account. If the tracking number is not available, you can contact us and we will update you with the status of your order.
It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties in their own country. If the items are detained by customs, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the items.
If the product is broken or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days for a refund.
The item will be required to be sent by registered post as proof of sending back to us. The buyer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the buyer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Refund will only be issued when we have received the item in the condition as stated by the buyer prior to the return. The process of issuing refunds may take up to 8 weeks.
