Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are processed. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us immediately within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product after you have used it, we regret there will be no refund due to the nature of our products that are in the personal hygiene category.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless they satisfy the conditions below.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them after 4 weeks;
  • you receive the wrong items;
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. bush fire or flood emergencies or delayed by any other natural disaster);
  • you ordered wrong product. But you can return your order at your expense and we will issue the refund.

You can submit refund requests within:

  • 5 business days after the order is delivered;
  • You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

IMPORTANT!! If the email address you gave us is incorrect or undeliverable (your inbox is full or non-existent), refund will not be processed until we are able to contact you. This has happened before and we often have our emails bounced back when we try to contact our customers. If that is the case, you may want to contact us with another email address.
